Close your eyes, breath deeply, relax, and enter a meditative state. This nature soundscape places the listener in an atmosphere of an Australian rainforest, along with meditative drones created from sampled frog songs, and improvised saxophone. Released 2020.

Forest field recording made in 2017 (Tama Hills, Tokyo, Japan). Recorded in 2019 at Twin Peaks Studios (Fairfield, CA). This track places the listener in an atmosphere of a Japanese forest, along with meditative drones, and improvised saxophone. Released 2019. Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese word that means “forest bathing.” The method is simple: go to a forest, walk slowly, and breath deeply. The effects are calming and healing. Saxophonist Ricky Sweum, lived and worked in Japan for more than half a decade and was inspired by Japanese culture. This experience deepened his mindfulness practice.
